Definitions

Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.

Buyer refers to the person or organisation placing the order.

Payment

All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped.

The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal as a form of payment.

Shipping Policies

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may increase if shipping internationally or on rush orders. Offer for Free Shipping does not apply to any orders shipped outside of the country.

Additional shipping will be charged for orders shipped outside of country. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies the buyer.

Refund/Return Policy

Items are entitled to be refunded or retuned if the buyer notifies the seller within 30 days of the date of purchase.

The buyer must contact the seller by email: theteam@customersupport.care or through the customer account page on the website where a return can be processed. Not all merchandise is returnable. Shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours.

A 15% service and processing fee applies on all cancellations.

Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Return Policy

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. Customer will be responsible for the additional fee for returning the products.

Your Refund

Your refund will be processed 24-48 hours after receipt of the returned item

Refunds may be held in credit against your account for future purchases if requested or directly refunded via the original mode of payment (ie your credit card or Paypal account)

  • Via PayPal, customer to receive refund within 7  business days, starting from the day which the issue has been received.
  • Via credit card (applicable only to customers who purchased via credit card), customer to receive refund within 7-10 business days, and varies upon policies of each card holder’s banks. 

You can return your product anytime within 14 days for an exchange or refund (not including the product handling & shipping fee) subject to the following conditions.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition. All t-shirts are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges.
  • You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from BuyFactory.direct
  • We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.

International Shipments

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in your home country. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
